It wasnt a bad stay, but the bed was uncomfortable. It hurt my back. Could hear the person next door and their tv.

Stay away from this place.

It could be more friendly and better bedding

We stayed one night, and there were no problems, just a few "bumps". The breakfast was mediocre: waffles were good, eggs were fried hard, sausage was almost done but a little bit toward uncooked, and sausage gravy was thin and runny. Coffee was good. The bed was comfortable, and the shower facilities and room were clean (that's an important thing for us) with plenty of hot water and water pressure. It had a full refrigerator, and even a stove-top (2-burner hotplate), but no dishes or pots or anything to use with it. Far enough from highways to be in a quiet neighborhood. If I could rate it accurately, I'd give it a 7.5 on a scale of 10.

Breakfast was really good. Liked there was hot food. The second morning the coffee tasted old and reheated and there were some biscuits that should have been tossed as they were too hard to eat, others were fresh and tasty. The bed was very comfortable! A slight musty smell was in the room but improved with the AC on. I would say a good, inexpensive stay.

The property seemed to be undergoing repairs. A grill outside of one room suggested it might be an extended stay place—no problem but a curiosity. Caught a whiff of weed from passing one door.

Killed two roaches/bugs in the bathroom area.

Stayed here for about a month for work. The basic king room does fit a small family comfortably the travel crib fit perfectly beside the bed. There was a few dead bugs in the bathroom and the front bottom of the toilet leaked a little after being flushed. (Room 124) housekeeping was amazing she made sure the room had coffee and clean towels daily. They have 2 washers 2 dryers one washer is out of order but they worked great! Only $2 a load. The vending machine only takes bills if you put quarters in it won’t credit them or give them back. Lastly breakfast they have a waffle maker, instant oat meal, instant grits, either Frosted Flakes or raisin brand for cereal, fruit yogurts, apples, oranges, biscuits, gravy, sausage and eggs. Biscuits were hard almost every time I grabbed one otherwise breakfast was good and what you’d expect.
