"Aging but lovely hotel with questionable fees"

Aging but beautiful hotel with a lovely atrium and nice detail work. Really enjoyed how nice the staff was and the breakfast was outstanding.

The rooms were dark. The sofa in the suite area was wet for some reason. The refinished sink and bathtub were cracked and peeling. General musty smell. Customers staying at the hotel are required to pay to park in the parking lot. This should be free to hotel guests without question.

The staff was very nice and the location of the hotel was convenient.

Rooms were old, musty, dirty. I didn't get the room I paid for the first night and had to go through the inconvenience of having to move on a busy day if our trip.

The lobby, staff and food were excellent

Our room was ok, but didn't compare to other embassy suites we have stayed in. Our room didn't get cleaned until we went to a concert those nights.

"Disappointed."

The bartenders at the cocktail hour were very nice and accommodating.

We were extremely disappointed in our stay at this particular Embassy Suites. We have stayed in numerous Embassy Suites throughout the years. This one was by far was the worst. The decor was bland (no hanging plants) decor was stark and outdated and not very clean. There was no way to turn on the jets in the hot tub. The cocktail hour offered boring dry bar mix as the appetizers.
