Breakfast was great

The door to the room was glass, making it hard to maintain privacy. The noise was really loud from screaming kids running through the halls until 12 am.

"It was our 2nd stay. Whenever we visit Austin we stay here and best part my kids love it!"

The cleanliness, the somewhat 24 hour service, onsite restaurant, indoor pool and jacuzzi, the staff, the lobby snack set up.

No trash bags in all the trash can in the room.

"Pros and Cons but I'll be back"

Staff was friendly and helpful. Location was great. Size of rooms awesome. Breakfast delicious and stocked. Elevators always working. Liked that they cleaned the room even with just a 2 night stay. Complimentary water in the lobby was always stocked.

The carpets in the rooms are old and feel dirty. Beds, pillows, and bedding are uncomfortable. The positioning of the toilet and shower was very uncomfortable and cramped.
