Bedsides lamps and TV is lounge were not working? Turn up was poor.

Beautiful room with all the amenities you need. Lovely bar area and breakfast was a beautiful spread each morning. Valet parking was great. Some of the staff were very friendly...

Unfortunately Taj has now become a place for big tourist groups. The hotel often felt overcrowded and extremely noisy. Guests were also rude at times and I could see it affected the service of staff. Service was slow and staff were often not friendly. We use to stay there often, but this is the second time in the last month I have stayed for business and unfortunately regretted my choice of accommodation...

Absolutely everything was amazing!! From the moment we arrived at valet service.. the staff were very welcoming and suite we booked was just so beautiful! Breakfast was delicious! Location was so central even though we never left the hotel.. everything we needed including hotel facilities was right there! Our booking agent Kobus was incredible, He was so kind and professional and always a message away if we were not sure of anything, I will definitely make another booking in the near future!

Nothing to fault at this establishment, our booking had breakfast included in the price and there was some confusion over this, but it was resolved.

The kitchen in the room could have been better stocked. We didn't have basic things like spoons. Poor selection of coffee, snacks. I'd expect a 5* hotel to have streaming services like Netflix. Room service is a bit slow.

While the room was bright during the day, the lights were a bit dull at night when you have the curtains on
