Property Notes

Villa Kenza is exclusively available for rental to responsible adults. Groups of men wishing to rent the villa for any illegal activities (drugs, prostitution, etc.) will be immediately expelled from the villa in the presence of the gendarmerie, and a formal complaint will be filed. Naturally, no refund will be issued. Married Moroccan couples are required to present a valid marriage certificate. Additional Information: From May 1st to October 31st, the additional charge for the heated swimming pool will be 50 euros per day payable upon arrival. Outside of this period, you can request a heated pool; you will just need to let us know in advance, and the cost of this option will be €50 per day. A fee of €50 per person, per night applies for any additional guest wishing to stay at the villa. Managed by a private host A deposit may be required at the property.

Un séjour tout simplement inoubliable à la Villa Kenza… Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été séduits par la beauté du lieu, le calme apaisant et le soin apporté à chaque détail. La villa est un véritable havre de paix, alliant confort, élégance et propreté irréprochable. La piscine et le jacuzzi chauffé offrent des moments de détente exceptionnels, dans un cadre idyllique. Mais ce qui rend l’expérience encore plus unique, c’est l’accueil remarquable de Monsieur Farid. D’une grande gentillesse, attentionné et toujours disponible, il veille avec discrétion à ce que chaque instant soit parfait. Son sens de l’hospitalité fait toute la différence. Un immense merci pour ce week-end magique. Nous repartons avec de merveilleux souvenirs et une seule envie : revenir très bientôt.

L’accueil et la gentillesse de Farid. MERCI! La villa est incroyable et la piscine et le jacuzzi sont chauffés et très bien. Nous nous sommes sentis vraiment bien. Tout était génial nous avons passé un magnifique séjour et nous recommandons cette villa les yeux fermés.

Super séjour à la Villa Kenza ! 🌴 L’endroit est magnifique, propre et très bien entretenu. La piscine et le jacuzzi chauffé sont un vrai plus, parfaits pour se détendre à tout moment de la journée. Le cadre est calme et agréable, idéal pour passer de bons moments en famille ou entre amis ou en couple. La villa est bien équipée, confortable et fidèle aux photos. Un grand merci à la dame qui s’occupe de la maison, d’une grande douceur et très serviable, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable. Merci aussi à Farid, très réactif et sympathique, toujours disponible en cas de besoin. Je recommande vivement pour des vacances reposantes et inoubliables. J’y reviendrai sans hésiter ! 🤍
