Property Notes

Villa Kenza is exclusively available for rental to responsible adults. Groups of men wishing to rent the villa for any illegal activities (drugs, prostitution, etc.) will be immediately expelled from the villa in the presence of the gendarmerie, and a formal complaint will be filed. Naturally, no refund will be issued. Married Moroccan couples are required to present a valid marriage certificate. Additional Information: From May 1st to October 31st, the additional charge for the heated swimming pool will be 50 euros per day payable upon arrival. Outside of this period, you can request a heated pool; you will just need to let us know in advance, and the cost of this option will be €50 per day. A fee of €50 per person, per night applies for any additional guest wishing to stay at the villa. Managed by a private host A deposit may be required at the property.

Une villa haut de gamme bien équipée et fonctionnel

Avoir peut être un kit d accueil pour les arrivées tardives tel que de l eau et des condiments de 1 ère nécessité sel poivre huile . Ménage pas à la hauteur du standing de la villa surtout les vitres qui gâche le côté très haut de gamme de la villa .

I’ve stayed in several places in Marrakech, but this villa truly stands out. From the moment I arrived, I felt more like a welcomed guest than just a booking. The staff were incredibly professional, always available when needed, yet respectful and discreet. The villa itself is spotless, stylish, and comfortable. The heated jacuzzi was perfect after long days exploring the city, and the private pool was clean, perfectly maintained, and prepared every morning. You can tell this place is managed with care and attention to detail. Some highlights worth mentioning: • Outstanding cleanliness (daily housekeeping, fresh towels, and amenities) • Very comfortable beds, slept better than at home • Strong Wi-Fi throughout the property • Beautiful architecture and tasteful interior design • Breakfast and services were flexible and delivered on time The location is ideal: peaceful and private, yet close enough to attractions, restaurants, and the Medina so everything is easy to reach. I travel often, both for work and leisure, and it’s rare to find a place where quality, service, comfort, and atmosphere align so perfectly. If you’re looking for a private, relaxing, and luxurious stay in Marrakech, this villa is an excellent choice. We will definitely return.
