Good location, clean and comfortable room

Very poor wifi signal in the room

The internet service was not good and I complained every day but to no avail.

It was in a beautiful 16th century palazzo. Excellent location, spotlessly clean, very helpful staff.

I would recommend that the beds have a fitted bottom sheet and a top sheet for when it gets hot at night and a reading lamp near the bed would have been handy.

Good location in Valetta, with easy access to Lower Barakka garden and fort St Elmo. Easy access to the building and the room. Nice wide shower. The welcome honey cookies were a nice touch. There is no personnal on site but a hotel (some distance away) acts as a reception.

The room is generally noisy (as are most places such as this one) : noise from the street is disturbing as well as hearing the other people in the corridor and the loud beeps from various keypads. Don't expect to sleep in silence if you go to bed early or want a lazy morning.

The location is superb! It's very clean and you get a new towels every day. The celaning ladies were very nice and gave us additional towels.

A lot of humidity in the apartment, the towels never get dry, you can smell it as well, we were leaving the air conditioning on through the day, to dry the air a little. Very little day light. The matress is very (too) stiff. The bathroom door are hard to open, they rub the floor, when you open or close them, which is quite annoying.

Location is the only good thing about the place

So clean, well presented, spacious. Location close enough to the centre, 5 minute walk up hill to the shops/restaurants. The staff were so helpful via booking.com message function - organised transfers for us etc. The room was set up with water and little pastries, discount vouchers for local restaurants/spa/sight seeing. And a voucher for a glass of Prosecco on the sky terrace at their other location. We were also able to store our luggage at the other hotel on our departure day for free.

Front door downstairs didn’t lock properly.
