La posizione e la stanza che era graziosa e spaziosa

Camera sotto il livello della strada con una sola apertura in una chiostrina strapiena di condizionatori rumorosi 24 ore su 24. Sia da questa finestrella interna che dalle fessure della porta durante la notte entrava luce. Personale umano inesistente a cui rivolgersi per qualsiasi cosa. Telefonicamente parlavano solo inglese e non si sforzavano minimamente di venirti incontro anzi chiudevano la conversazione. Esperienza negativissima

Great location - pretty close to all areas of Valletta and Gozo connections, great staff (Nirojan) lovely brief conversation and checking if all were ok

One night after plugging in kettle the power completely went out in the room - meaning no ac etc and very uncomfortable night. There was no emergency 24hr number in the pack (I checked twice) other than office hour WhatsApp The hotel sorted the problem as soon as they arrived in the office - it was the night itself where it was warm which was deeply uncomfortable
