Lage top, Zimmer sauber, leise und angenehm

Personal gab es keins zu sehen, nur einen Whatsapp-Chat, der auch zu 90% eher nicht geantwortet hat Küche im Untergeschoss eher staubig und schmuddelig Zimmer im 3. OG über einer steilen, langen Treppe…ohne Aufzug! Nix für Unsportliche

Perfect location in the center of Valletta, the accommodation was clean and really nice for the price – we felt great there. Every evening when we returned to the room, it was cleaned, the towels were changed, and the toiletries were replenished. Even before our arrival, they provided a hairdryer upon request. Fast and pleasant communication with the accommodation provider.

Upon arrival, we immediately noticed that the main entrance door was only partially closed, likely due to a faulty electronic lock. We informed the staff via a message on Booking, and they responded promptly, saying they would fix it as soon as possible. We stayed for three nights, and the lock was still not repaired when we left. However, it was only the main entrance door to the building, so it did not significantly affect the quality of our stay.

Doceniam dobrą lokalizację, kontakt z obsługą, możliwość ogrzewania pokoju, proces zameldowania i wszystkie udogodnienia w pokoju w postaci wody, herbaty, kawy, ciasteczek, czajnika, lodówki, chusteczek i uważam że są dużym plusem, jednak przy tym że pokój był po prostu zawilgotniała piwnicą przystosowaną jako pokój ani bez światła dziennego ani możliwości wywietrzenia, uważam że ani trochę te udogodnienia nie poprawiają sytuacji.

W ofercie nigdzie nie było napisane że ten dany pokój jest piwnicą bez dostępu do świeżego powietrza i dziennego światła, co sprawia że ta oferta była swego rodzaju oszustwem. Okno w pokoju było nieużyteczne ponieważ ani nie dawało dziennego światła a po otwarciu wydobywał się brzydki zapach z dziedzińca/klimatyzatorów co sprawiało że wywietrzenie zapachu wilgoci było niemożliwe. Ponadto pokój był bardzo drogi jak na swoje warunki, jestem bardzo zawiedziona. Jeśli ktoś wybiera się na ten nocleg, spróbujcie dopilnować aby wasz pokój był na piętrze wyżej, może są tam lepsze warunki.

L’emplacement

Le logement était humide comme pas possible à tel point que les murs présentent des moisissures et une odeur très forte d’humidité dans le logement. Nos vêtements ont prit l’odeur et pire, nos clefs ont eu le temps de rouiller en 4 jours. La salle de bain n’a pas d’aération, les serviettes ne sèchent donc pas. Des cafards sont présent comme le montre la photo. Les matelas sont tellement dur que dormir par terre reviendrait au même, vraiment aucun confort.
