the room was immaculate and ready when i returned. it was not ready for check in as i requested by 1 p.m. it was ready by 2 p.m. the staff physically inspected the room prior to me entering. check out was a breeze. there was a 37 cents discrepancy in my payment to you and what the hotel wanted. i paid the 37 cents and the check out went smoothly.
