"Booking.com terrible service"

Jasmine the manger was wonderful and very helpful

came to the hotel, only to be told my reservation was cancel. Booking.com was not helpful at ALL, all i got was: "well, we cant do much." the hotel itself was super friendly and helpful.

New, clean, spacious room and kitchen, good breakfast

Friends and I were visiting in lobby area by fireplace while our teenage kids swam. At 8:35 we were told we had 10 minutes before "quiet time" started and we had to leave. Seemed a little strange. There were no rooms around us and we were not being loud.

My 2nd stay here and it was great! The staff are super friend and helpful. The room was comfortable and perfect size for me. Clean! Trader Joeโ€™s and Starbucks maybe a 7min walk. Easy access to the freeway and gas stations very close by. Quiet and safe!
