Accommodation was self catering and comfortable. Walking distance from Ferry, Shops, Market and Sight Seeing. Thank you to Muna for checking daily if all is/was OK

Location and apartment’s quality

Mona est très accueillante, et a répondu à toutes mes demandes très rapidement. Le grand logement est bien situé, propre, et la literie confortable. Tout est sécurisé par digicode.

Le wifi est assez faible... Les fenestres en simple vitrage et mal isolée, ma conscience écologique a souffert car le chauffage ne faisait que se déclencher pour maintenir une température correcte. La salle de bain est fonctionnelle mais mériterait un coup de neuf.

The place is very well-located, the room is very spacious, and it has great amenities. Easily good for two couples as the convertible sofabed is very comfortable. Fantastic value for the price.

The codes given for the door were incorrect. Thankfully, some members of the staff (cleaners) were present and managed to help eventually, but they did not speak English well, so it was not a fluid process. In general, communication was not perfect; some of our questions remained unanswered and the staff had a hard time with English.

Cleanliness and staff was extraordinary friendly and helpful.

Smelly (like an old building), can use a bit of updating and very small shower.
