This property is in a excellent location for walking distance to both a local target, several restaurants and the famous Pike market. Very close to cruise ships.

The only issue I really had about the hotel was the cleanliness of the linens for the bed of which I asked for new ones and they had the same issues with stains. One of my towels was so deteriorated I could not believe they hung it on the towel rack.

The location is fantastic! A nice, private space that was quiet and comfortable. The kitchen was nice to have as we were there for multiple days.

The bathroom was not cleaned when we arrived. The staff immediately came to clean it once notified. The bed was extremely squeaky and had quite the sag/dent where people typically sleep. Overall the mattress was annoying to sleep on. The door had an automatic lock/key pad so there was no deadbolt on the inside to manual lock the door. The lock chain for the door only had one screw so it was a bit suspect on how it would hold up.

Location is perfect. Very spacious. Easy checkin, reception staff on the first 2 days are very helpful.

Nothing just a feedback for management. Reception staff on the last day does not follow their promises/actions. Communication break down, just need to hire the right person who love to help guests who are visiting the city for the 1st time.

Fire alarm battery was dead so heard beeping whole night

К большому сожалению само сдание и номера очень старые и сильно нуждаются в ремонте. Мне дали апартаменты на 2 этаже, которые были тёмными и очень влажными. Кровать старая и неудобная, подушки, постельное белье все очень старое и плохого качества. Комната была очень маленькой. Кухня была хорошо оснащённый (холодильник, плита, микроволновка и посуда все было в хорошем состоянии). Вода в ванной была очень слабого напора и шла или очень холодная или очень горячая.

La ubicación, excelente. Cerca de todo y a tres cuadras hay una estación por lo que te puedes mover con facilidad. El personal muy atento y solucionaron todos mis requerimientos. La cocina tiene todo lo necesario.

Podrían ser un poco más prolijos con la limpieza y remodelar los baños, pero en general está bien.
