Pool and hot tub were nice

Michigan parking lot...lots of potholes. No towels available at the pool. Tried on 2 different occasions to ask the front desk for towels but they had none.

My king bedroom was spacious, quiet and clean.

I agree with many reviews, this hotel is old, dinghy, run-down, and in need of major attention. One front desk woman wasn't the least bit friendly or welcoming. The other man was a bit better. The parking lot had a YUGE pothole and was in a bad state. Something simple like washing the front door windows would give a better first impression. The bathroom appeared clean but the shower curtain had black blotches on it. The curtains were ripped. Carpets in the hotel, were worn and stained. It's hard to believe that this hotel is affiliated in any way with Marriott. I'm glad that I was only staying for one night.

It wasn’t clean. First impressions weren’t good when the outside door to reception is filthy! The whole place was very tired and a lot of things need replacing

Front desk staff was really nice and helpful.

Room was very outdated, small and smelled. Bed was hard just by sitting down on it. Absolutely no way I would sleep on it. Parking lot huge potholes so beware

Very little.

Many things needed repair. The parking lot was full of holes, no coffee available, didn’t have advertised drinks and snacks, back door to parking lot didn’t lock well, lifts at poolside were out of order etc.
