As I approached the front desk I noticed the electrical chords running throughout the facility on the floor. As if they were borrowing electric. The key cards were in a home made stapled half pocket. As we entered the room it had a musky smell as if ugh... I went to use the bathroom and there was no toilet paper. I laid on the bed and the top blanket had a lite film feel to it. I looked over in the chair and saw a dirty blanket rolled up and tossed in the chair. That was it, I was out. We walked back out and kindly asked for a void of our transaction. Then we went across the way to the Gateway Hotel. The Gateway stated that this happens often. Please get upper management into that hotel and rennovate, staff it, retrain staff. But this hotel is ruining your name.

Pool and hot tub were out of commission. TV was on the way out.

The room was nice.. Not until after they took my ID & CC did they inform me that the pool area was CLOSED this was the whole reason I went there.. Not apologetic at all!!! Definitely won't be going back NEVER

Pool area CLOSED only after the fact that they took my ID and credit card this was very unprofessional!! Even after I said that's the only reason I came there I'm pissed!!!

Every thing was good very nice staff. Place was nice and clean.

Terrible customer service from 2 employees and manager.

Some of the rooms were fine. All the beds were fresh and clean.

Some of the rooms were filthy. One of the bathrooms had no toilet paper. One of the showers was filthy. There was toothpaste all over the sink and a lack of tissue paper. I checked in around three, ahead of my employees showing up to work. Had a pleasant enough check-in process with the staff. The crew was not present, they worked then arrived at the hotel. One of the TVs didnt work. Upon an attempt at correcting the issue my crew member was told it was too late for anything to be done, and if he didnt like it he could check out. I guess hospitality is a thing of the past. Wont be booking here nor near this work site again.
