The location was good

The pool was freezing and cloudy, hot tub was slimy and had something floating in it. The room had damage to the furniture and missing nobs. Outlets didn’t work, the remote didn’t have batteries and the alarm clock didn’t work. It was extremely outdated. We were on a second floor with no screen in the window that opened wide open - safety issue. The windows were disgustingly dirty

Room wasn't ready @ 3pm.Room had a bad smell.No microwave in room.Heat/Air wasn't working in room (Took them 2 hrs to come fix it) Dryer wasn't working in laundry area. Curtains had holes in it (light was coming in.) Blood on pool room floor.
