St James' House Newcastle

Well-equipped self-sufficient room with bathroom and kitchen. Excellent location near the city centre.

Location was perfect as I was travelling for the Derby and easy access!

Small apartment, but equipped with every comfort you need. I was really impressed by how well the space was managed to fit everything in without making it feel cramped. Very central, just a few steps from the stadium and St James metro station. There is also a Tesco nearby. The central train station and all other services and attractions in the city centre are within walking distance. The staff are very friendly and always willing to help with anything you need.

Just a few minor things. I think a bedside lamp would be helpful, so you don’t have to use the full main light if you wake up during the night or in the morning. The two pillows on the bed were quite small, and I would have appreciated a few hangers in the wardrobe. These are very minor points, though, as I said, and I would definitely recommend the place and stay here again next time I’m in Newcastle. It’s still a ten out of ten for me. The value for money is truly excellent.

Everything was perfect! The reception staff was absolutely amazing – very professional, helpful, and welcoming. The overall experience was top-notch.

La ubicación y la atención.

El colchón es incómodo, para 3 días no hay gel suficiente y aparte huele fatal, cama de 105 cm para 2 personas es muy incómodo, deberían de cambiar el tamaño y el colchón, de las almohadas ni hablemos....

It's proximity to the RVI hospital. The nice area it was located. Very helpful guidance from all involved in my booking and in my stay. Very polite and helpful staff.
