Близкое расположение к автовокзалу и супермаркету европейских продуктов, пешая доступность до пляжей Джомтьен и Донгтан, подтверждение бронирования с оплатой на месте, пошли навстречу с поздним заездом - вне часов работы менеджера, заселили поздно вечером и приняли оплату на следующий день

Устаревший текстиль, полотенца и постельное требуют замены, но ежедневная уборка и чистота в номере скрасили данный момент)

Хороший отель! Да, не новый) Да, старая мебель) Но за такие деньги, просто отлично! Номера большие, чисто, персонал улыбчивый, если брать байк, то месторасположение то, что нужно! Есть маленький бассейн, освежиться после жаркого дня хватает. Однозначно, мой плюс!!! Но если вы не собираетесь целыми днями торчать в отеле)

Немного жесткая кровать, но это на любителя)

Классное расположение, всё близко. Вежливые сотрудники. Номера конечно уставшие, но цена качество соответствует. Номера каждый день убирали. Есть место на территории для отдыха. Несмотря на шумную улицу рядом , шума не было слышно. Близко были два 7/11, аптека , прачечная, есть кафе на любой вкус .

Не во всех номерах была микроволновка и сушилка для белья. Пару раз находили тараканов, но в целом они не мешали. 😅

Quiet day and night no traffic noise easy access to road and travel services . Good location for walk to eat and drink. Daily room clean and fresh towels and water.

EXTREMELY close to the Jomtien Bus stop. 60 meters. I did not have a microwave in my room. Asked the manager about it and he brought one to my room.

Chateau Dale has done it again! Our 3rd stay at The Dale was perfect! The staff are very warm, welcoming, professional and respectful. The atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing, security and staff available on-site at all times. The beautiful pool and sun lounge area is well presented, clean and partially shaded. This pool is actually one of my favourite pools in Thailand - super clean, great size for little laps or just floating about after a big day. They graciously provide pool towels too - thank you. The room (209) is a firm favourite. Beds- firm, clean, good quality. Wardrobe, drawers and benches - ample storage space. Curtains - blackout and amazing! Tv, air con, fridge - all working and appreciated. Kitchenette - I love this! Kettle, basic crockery and cutlery supplied. Bench space and sink make it an ideal place to prepare a snack/cut fruit and the supplied sponge/detergent allows you to wash up and keep things hygienic as you go. Bathroom - nice size area, towels supplied, shower and toilet always very clean and in great working order. Generally, the rooms are kept well maintained, always cleaned immaculately. The Dale in my opinion, is perfect for a long or short stay in Pattaya. A great neighbourhood with everything a 2min walk away - atm, bus station, supermarket, eateries. For us, we love The Dale and will return anytime we are in Pattaya/Bangkok area. It’s a solid 10/10 for the regular person who isn’t into luxury, but appreciates a modern, relaxing place to enjoy.
