Chateau Dale Boutique Resort Spa Villas

The location is really nice. Close to many restaurants, a grocery, the airport bus station, cafes and the Jomtien and Dontang beaches.

The room I was in needed some restoration rally bad. The light bulb in the lamp at the bedside was broken and scary to use. The flooring in the kitchen area was bucked and separating at the slat joints and the space filled with dirt. Inside the shower stall the rack placed to hold personal products was hanging with the wall screws stripped and not securing the rack. These items made it clear that the property has potential but is sorely in need of updating and remodeling.

I loved the place. It was beautiful, rooms with balcony, quiet, neat and clean. There were quite a few kitchen essentials like bowls, cups and cutlery, hot water kettle. Good hot water at all times. The linen and towels were clean. The plus point is that on my request they gave me an adjoining room at no extra cost as I had two young teenage daughters. The room was spacious. The pool was clean. The Jomtien bus station was just next door. There were great eatery places around like Frasers just at the entrance of The Chateau, we enjoyed the food at Frasers. There was a supermarket closeby. We loved our stay that we extended for another 2 days and it was at a great price. Only drawback the bed was a lil hard and uncomfortable but rest everything was lovely. Looking forward to stay here again.

The Dale is a really lovely stay! The first impression is very positive - warm friendly staff and the most inviting pool central to all villas. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The bed and pillows are a solid 10/10, made up with quality linen. Bathroom was clean and worked well, hot water and good shower pressure. Air-con worked well. The room was decorated stylishly, very chic as was the entire property. We found The Dale had everything going for it - great accommodation in a convenient location. Everything was within a 5min walk -supermarket, eateries, Sth Pattaya bus station, ATMs, pharmacy. I wouldn't hesitate in booking The Dale again 🙏💕

Everything was wonderful

Lovely big rooms in a quiet location. Goof WFi at 80 Mbps. A good working fridge in the room. Many restaurants nearby and a laundry in the nearby bus station.

Very good location, very big room, very clean room. R00m made up everyday - which is unusual in this modern world.

It was very spacious with separate bathroom, bedroom, living room with a small kitchen area. We wanted a place away from all the noise but within reasonable distance to the nightlife and here was ideal as 10 minutes walk to Jomtien and 10 minutes taxi ride to Pattaya. We were able to open patio doors in living room and relax next to pool or take take a quick trip into eith Jomtien or Pattaya. There is also the bonus of Frasers bars at same entrance area that served excellent food both local and international at very reasonable prices. If you are looking for somewhere to chill out away from the main areas but with easy reaching distance when you wanted a night out. I highly recommend this place. The staff were excellent and very friendly.

Room had a bit of a musky smell when we arrived but nothing compared to many other places in Thailand and was sorted with a couple of air fresheners. Bed was a little harder than I would have liked.
