Close to the bus station, and many restaurants too. Jomtien beach is easy reachable. Tuc tuc già by the road, and you can go to both Pattaya and Jomtien with only 10 THB each way.

The property location is perfect right next to the road but the rooms are quiet, you don't get the noise in the room. Close to the beach, the bus station to the airport and near walking street. The staff are very friendly Eli was awesome and Chatree- the older mzee even better. I loved my stay here, ad go back again n again

Not a big choice for breakfast but adequate for the price. Only precooked fried eggs. No omelette or scrambled eggs.

Pool not very clean and water ice cold. No English spoken, but we understood each other.
