Pool got very little sun but was clean with good condition beds and sun shades

Location is great n has Frasers Sports bar at the front n a supermarket a minute of so down the road. Its has access to many restaurants n cafes. Baht buses can be caught out the front. The room is large n has a large balcony. It also has a fridge n kettle. The pool is great for a quick dip but that is all. Manager/owner is always smiling n helpful. Good for 1 or 2 nights stay.

This used to be our favourite hotel but it is getting a bit run down and tired looking . The beds n pillows are way too hard for us personally. Still good for one or 2 nights stay .

The room, the place.

Situated not far from the airport bus terminal and a supermarket. Immediately outside the accommodation you have Fraser’s bar and restaurant. It’s a family run establishment so it is quiet. You are on the main baht bus route from Pattaya to Jomtien. Cost 10 baht. No outside noise in the room. Good comfortable bed with clean bedding. Fridge, kettle provided. Staff are excellent and very helpful.
