Tranquil location nestled among the mountains in the luxury of Jumeirah Muscat Bay. Good property and very comfortable for a family.

The water heater was not working up to the expectations and could have been better.

"Exceptional"

Nice large appartment in beautiful area of Muscat Bay. Just 10 minutes of walk to the beach, which is half public and half hotel. The beach was clean, calm with sand and easy access to water. Beach equipment - chairs and beds for free. Shadow provided by palm trees. Rental of paddleboards, cayaks etc. on the beach, and fun water sports. Experience on the beach was amazing, very little people, beautiful nature and swimming in the sea.

We rented the appartment for 2 adults and 2 kids. Kids had to sleep in the living room on sofas, that were rather small and uncomfortable for sleeping. Maybe good for small kids but not for teenagers.

J'ai aimé l'endroit le calme le paysage et la coopération de personnel

La propreté de la cuisine il y avait de reste de l'huile sur le mur... la propreté de la salle de bain sous la douche... le balcon était sal et plain de poussière.. à part ça tout va bien

La piscine et l appartement tres bien

Toutes était bien juste pour faire nos courses au magasin fallait sauter un petit mur car la petite porte était fermer en permanence si non toutes etait parfait

The pool was very nice, and the resort also. The idea with the E-scooter is really good, its very funny to drive with these. Distance to beach is in walking distance. The room/appartment is very comfortable and a perfect size.

Everything was great!
