Located in a beautiful quite area, around 20mins from Muscat, just a short walk from beach. The host is really friendly and responsive, always willing to help. I definitely recommend this place.

Really peaceful environment.

Too much hassle accessing the building! You must definitely arrange your arrival with the staff; Arranging for going through the gate is too much pain! It’s not end of it yet! you must use the property’s mobile phone to open the gate every time you pass!! I was not happy with that at all!

The property is a modern apartment super with a breathtaking view, super clean, beautifully decorated and equipped with everything you need to make your staying unforgettable. The swimming pool is surrounded by mountain which gives a great view and it is located right in front of the aprt what it super convenient.The furnitures were all new and comfortable. The host was very kind and always responded my messages very quickly. The beach is beautiful just slightly far , 10-15 walking. This is a place for relaxing staycation where you will enjoy the beauty of Oman landscape in a great apartment. Highly recommended.

Good facilities High response

Away from the beach 10-15 minutes by walking and no Golf carts for pickup the guest to the beach as not suitable for kids walking under direct sunlight for more than 10 minutes in summer.

Confortable and nice apartment with all facilities need it for a family holiday. Peaceful and relaxing place with sea and mountain scenery. Will go back again.

Very quiet and peaceful location. Beautiful place blended with Oman beauty. The apartment was excellent and well suitable for me and my wife and two kids. We enjoyed a lot, sad that I booked for just one day. Will come again.

Though the swimming pool is just opposite of the apartment, the beach was 10-13mins walk
