The location is very central and convenient, but peaceful

The breakfast feels a bit institutional

Parking was good although pricey since we had already paid to stay. Staff were polite & helpful. Location was good.

Facilities were quite basic - bed was in a poor condition & no shampoo, conditioner or shower gel provided other than soap. No bedside lamps & although a double room no bedside table on one side. No windows that could be opened at night so stifling hot in the room.

Close to Sigwick site and short walk to King’s parade. Friendly porter.

Cheap food for breakfast and which is probably OK if you are student and a youth, not OK if you are a fee paying general public traveler - dissapointing. Awful beds. I had two rooms and both matteresses were awful. The single room has springs in the mattress that had definalty passed it's sell by date. The double dipped in the middle. Maybe OK for student? Certainly not OK for fee paying general public.

Clean and tidy room at a convenient location close to several nice pubs and historic colleges. Porters are friendly and it is a fun experience to stay at a college rather than a hotel.

Breakfast was fine but not amazing.
