"Not as good as I had hoped for…."

Super friendly staff - good location. Bed was not comfortable and the heating was broken. Our room was on the back overlooking a noisy car park - make sure you request a balcony.

"Disappointing - could be much better."

Reception staff at gatehouse were very helpful. Accommodation was in poor repair. Canteen for breakfast was miserable. Have stayed at West Court, University of Cambridge and the comparison could not be more stark.

Location was great for my needs (accompanying my daughter to an interview). Room was clean and comfortable. Staff friendly on check-in and -out and a good breakfast spread.
