"A great family trip in a perfect location !"

Very spacious, clean and well equipped, the house is on a nice quiet street close a local pub and a short 10 minute walk to the beach.

"A very comfortable stay!"

A very comfortable spacious but cozy house. We enjoyed 4 nights over Christmas here and most certainly would come back again. The house is decorated and furnished to a high standard, The bathroom/toilet is on ground floor but didn't bother us.

The kitchen could do with a few more things - larger plates, few more utensils and some cleaning wipes.

"Exceptional"

The house was lovely and clean, in a great location close to Tynemouth. It was very well equipped, just perfect for our family get-together at the pantomime in Newcastle. We can certainly recommend and would be delighted to stay here again. Thank you Raymond for all your help.

The bathroom was downstairs. Not a complaint, just an observation.

"Fantastic get-away"

Ideal location- short walk to the main street with its cafes bars and beach. Easy to find with great parking outside the house. All the furnishings and paintwork looked new, beds extremely comfortable, it was top quality. Nice touch of milk etc left for our arrival.

"Lovely, conveniently located accommodation"

The accommodation was in an excellent location. Close to the metro, centre and a great pub just round the corner. With a modern interior and carpeted stairs, it's a lovely place to stay.

Very minor point in that we didn't find the sofas particularly comfortable, but that is very much down to personal taste.

Very clean, tidy and well equipped. Great location for Tynemouth and accessing the Metro to anywhere around Newcastle.

The beds were a bit small and it got quite hot but only minor things.
