The location was very good Host Raymond was an excellent communicator

Back bedroom was extremely small with no suitable shelving storage or drawers Back yard was not a particularly pleasant area to sit (no garden) Bathroom shower tiles need a good bleach More attention to general cleaning An information pack would be helpful (We couldn’t find where to empty the kitchen bin)

The house was amazing, had everything you could imagine included.

Lovely clean flat. Handy for beach front etc. easy access with my disabled Mum, easy parking outside.

Lovely new towels…… only problem they needed washed first as they wouldn’t dry us. Bathroom like a sweat room after showering, couldn’t open the window.

Location, modern, well equipped, outdoors space

Not much/ a few minor things:Main bed not very comfortable. Couldn’t open bathroom window. Could do with a mat in the bathroom.

It was well equipped property, with lots of mod cons, located in a quiet neighbourhood with easy access to Whitley Bay and Cullercoats and only a short drive from Tynemouth.

Very little. If I was going to be critical the second bedroom is cosy!
