Stylish Penthouse with outside balcony!

Lovely apartment and really good location. Liked all the small style touches. Fabulous coffee shop opposite and another good cafe alone the road.

Only small issue was something is up with the flooring. Not a big problem but detracts from the overall look / feel

Apartment itself was nice

The hosts are a absolute joke, they retained a deposit of £150 (Which I managed to get back from other avenues) they claimed there was a smell in the living room of cigarettes when no smoking occurred inside the property at any time. the apartment allows smoking on the balcony which connects to the living room so it is entirely possible the smell drifted in from the balcony where smoking did occur as it was allowed as per JENSA LTD’s policy. Host refused to provide evidence and just replied with a couple of messages that were a blatant lie and could not back their claim with evidence eventually the host stopped replying entirely thankfully, I got my deposit back and its 1 Nil 🫡

We spent 2 nights here for the Finals of the Leeds International Piano Competition which were held in St.George's Hall, Bradford. The location was excellent, beautiful accomodation with everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. Security was excellent. The instructions we had for finding and entering the building were very clear and easy to follow. The outside area (covered so no rain issues) was very welcoming. Nikki was very quick to respond to any queries we had. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this accomodation.
