USThe newness of everything. The design and layout was very modern, especially the bathroom!
I could not get over the foul smell in the apartment. It was almost bad enough for me to want to sleep in my car. Animal urine was my best guess. Replacing all carpets with tile or other non carpet wood go a long way. I know. I own 7 Airbnbs. Also, I was surprised when I arrived that it was a shared building. It would have been helpful to make that more obvious when I was booking the place.

It is in the basement of a house and I could hear the upstairs people quite a bit. But, it was still a great place and I would stay again
