"Hôtel très bien mais organisation à revoir."

Le personnel est particulièrement attentif et prévenant. L’hôtel semble neuf et très propre, il est idéalement situé pour visiter le centre historique de Puebla.

La suite famille qui n’en est pas une, annoncée comme ayant deux chambres ce qui n’est pas le cas (2e chambre qui est un pied d’escalier ne comportant pas de portes, ni de prises de courant) et enfin un logement préparé pour deux alors que 3 adultes enregistrés (2 serviettes de toilette, une micro bouteille de gel douche, deux bouteilles d’eau). Pour un hôtel de ce standing c’est un peu dommage.
