Casa Haus Hotel Puebla Centro Histórico

Casa Haus was located near the Central Plaza (zocalo). It’s a lovely property. It is charming and very well-cared for. The beds were super comfortable and the staff were very accommodating, helpful and informative. Plenty of hot water and nice showers. The coffee in the room was even fresh ground.

I loved Casa Haus, and only wish I had stayed longer. I will definitely stay here the next time.

We really enjoyed our stay at Casa House Hotel. The building has a charming old-fashioned style that makes the whole experience feel authentic and connected to Puebla’s historic atmosphere. The staff were very nice and incredibly accommodating throughout our visit. Our room was clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful balcony overlooking the street — a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the view of the city. The location is also perfect, right in the heart of Puebla Centro, making it easy to walk around and explore nearby attractions. Overall, we had a very pleasant and comfortable stay. Highly recommended!

El personal es muy amable, siempre están pendientes a dudas y las resuelven a la brevedad.

Las instalaciones son muy bonitas, el trato excepcional y la ubicación muy céntrica.
