Zimmer war geräumig, sauber und sehr ruhig im Innenhof. Top Restaurant direkt im Haus.

Las instalaciones son hermosas, la pulcritud del lugar tambien. El personal es atento y amable. Altamente recomendable este hotel.

Sehr nahe an der Altstadt. Alle Zimmer gehen zum Innenhof. In den auch die Tür zur Küche (steht immer offen) des öffentlichen Restaurants geht. Wer Lärm empfindlich ist oder Privatsphäre möchte sollte eine andere. Wahl treffen. Dachterrasse ohne Aussicht.

Es un lugar hermoso, muy limpio, cómodo y super bien ubicado, el personal es sumamente amable y están pendientes de los huéspedes en todo momento.

Location is very good, it's out of the busy Centro a good 5mins walk. Room. Is very spacious with a safe and air con. Was able to get a 2nd card for door entry. Stayed for two nights.

No hot water, only warm. You need to waste a lot of water so the warm water gets through. You need an eye mask to sleep. As there's too much light coming into the room from the door to the room has glass panels and the outside light of the hotel lobby, stairway which is quite open with plenty of light (bulb) I had to ask at 11130pm to the security guide to switch it off. Another annoying thing is the display of the air con, where it displays the temp. There is no way to switch this display off, and this is very bright. The air con make is Mabe and doesn't have this feature to switch off on the control, other Mabe models have this feature to turn off the display as well as other manufacturers, so a basic air con model. The staff are OK, try to help but doesn't proactively help, asked about the tunnels as they was temp closed on google, staff could have called for me to ask but they didn't. The hot water thing, they say they fixed it but obvs it wasn't hot water just lukewarm. Also the flooring is concrete, it wasn't cleaned or mopped. Had white socks on and well they wasn't white after 5mins. Walking on bare feet yiu felt it wasn't cleaned or mopped, as yiu can feel bits. Normally if it was cleaned and mopped, you'll feel a shineyness feel on your feel. There was a fridge but didn't work. Surprised that there was a plug socket in the safe but sadly this didn't work either. Would I stay again... Probably not. Only stayed due to the rating but was disappointed.
