The location and how easy it was to get the keys

The appartment needed painting it had scuff marks bits were damaged in places parts of the bathroom was damaged it definitely needs decorating I’m glad we just needed a bed for the night that’s all

It was spacious and had all the facilities needed. Towels etc was also provided.

The location was extremely noisy! The parking situation- the nearest park places were a bit of a distance especially when you have shopping. Street parking was very expensive The property wasn’t very clean through, dirty bath mats, dirty bath etc I also could smell a hint of smoke in the property. The entrance of the building was very run down dirty and looks like we were entering a very dangerous place Very run down- holes in wall, dirty scruffy walls

Location was lovely and perfect for our stay Great value for money Very clean Happy all round

Taking bins out after stay but was directed how to do so Noisy due to localé but no fault of the owner No aerial options on TV but apps available Being sent info ahead of request would've been nice so we were better prepped

The property was shambles. Really really dirty & drug ends discovered in the kitchen drawer.
