The property cannot accommodate group bookings of 5 or more adults. All buildings have walk ways/ramps and elevators of sufficient size for wheelchair users. Century Wharf consists of paved walkways, tarmacked roads and graveled pathways. Studio apartments and some smaller one-bedroom apartments may be too small for a wheelchair user to consider them suitable to easily move around the bed space freely Some two-bedroom apartments also have smaller living space which would not be suitable for wheelchair users, again larger style two-bedroom apartments are available with sufficient space A small selection of two-bedroom and three-bedroom apartments have 2 floors (duplex apartments) which may not be suitable for mobility impaired/wheelchair users. Currently no apartments have been converted with disability features. Check-in after 19.00 is possible (for an additional fee) by prior arrangement. Please note that this property does not accept cash payments.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Living room space and small kitchen

My pre booked car parking space had been taken by someone else . Wasted about an hour driving around looking for it . Had to find another space wich was in a different block and carry my luggage from there . Workmen drilling in the corridor outside my room . Staff very unhelpful , refused to issue a refund for my pre-paid car parking space, they said it was out of their control. Accomodation was a 20min walk to city centre and about 10mins from the bay . I will not be returning , will stay in a hotel in city centre next time .

Great location for Cardiff Bay

Tired and very budget. Poor quality in general. Simple things to fix would have helped - four glasses in the kitchen none of which matched. Broken blind in the bedroom, rip in the bed head dirty windows and balcony…. Poor pre check in service - despite booking 3 apartments via booking .com only 2 had been booked with the actual property. The development is large and confusing especially with regard to car parking facilities. The check in instructions didn’t help. We met several people who were also “lost”.

Apartment was located a 10/15 minute wall from Cardiff city centre. The apartment was clear.

Concierge was not the most helpful when picking up the keys. Found the instructions to the apartment from the Concierge quite difficult to follow. Also didn't clearly state that the parking was under the building.
