The stairs are too much especially when you have bags and no one to help and no elevator . It would be super helpful to provide some one who could be paid to carry luggage or mention in advance property have lots of stairs and not good for someone with weak leg or back .

I want to provide feedback regarding my recent stay at: La Terrazza Cavour by Wonderful Italy, Bellagio, Lake Como Booking.com Confirmation # 4589947994 Wonderful Italy: Booking I.D. A169-4589947994-685 Conf: 23609768 Upon checking in with Marco, who was friendly and helpful, we immediately started laundry after eight days on the road. However, it quickly became apparent that this is not a $1,145-per night rental for several reasons: 1. Mold Issue: After turning on the air conditioning, I noticed black mold around the A/C unit (please see attached photo). 2. Misleading Photos: The listing photos are deceptive. The unit is just 70-90 feet from the main ferry terminals, directly beneath the deck. The images suggest a distance that does not reflect the significant noise and diesel exhaust from the ferries, which operate frequently throughout the day. This is not what one expects for $2,291. 3. Washer Without Dryer: The unit is advertised as having a washer, but many similar units feature combo washer/dryer setups. A note indicating the absence of a dryer would have been helpful. Marco informed us there was no dryer, only a drying rack in the courtyard. Unfortunately, it was raining, so this wasn't an option. 4. Unsecured Balcony Door: The other entrance to the balcony wouldn't lock despite functioning correctly otherwise. I have a video demonstrating this. Since the deck connects to neighboring units, this raised security concerns. 5. Dark Entrance: The entrance is poorly lit. neighbors wet laundry hangs directly above your head.
USThe location was excellent and the outdoor space was to die for!
The only negatives were a few issues because of the age of property furnishings, the worst being that one bedroom door had to be left fully open.
USThe location was spectacular the patio overlooked the view of the Lake. We were met in town and escorted to the property. When we had a problem with the lock their response was excellent.
It was expensive. The kitchen lacked a few items.
