USWe loved the location and the space we had. The balcony had a beautiful view of the lake and mountains.
We didn't like the bed it was very hard and uncomfortable. We also didn't like that you only got 1 towel each for 3 days and was unable to get more. We also didn't like all the stairs it took to get up to the fourth floor. There is no elevator and we had very heavy luggage.
USThe host met us even though we were much later on arrival than originally planned. Having the AC was key for us, it was much warmer than we had expected. Excellent location with some of the best sunset and sunrise views over the lake. We loved sitting on the balcony in the evenings watching sunset. One night sitting on the balcony we got to enjoy fireworks from Tremezzo.
The beds could be a little softer but after enough wine we were able to sleep just fine!
