Northstay - City Center Terrace with Mountain View

Ce logement manque d'ustensiles de cuisine : pas de louche, de passoire, des casseroles qui ne vont pas sur les plaques, l'état de certaines casseroles et poêles laissent à désirer. La marche pour accéder à la terrasse est dangereuse car très haute. Nous n'avions pas de lumière passé le deuxième étage. Les plombs sautaient non stop. Nous aurions apprécié que le chauffage soit mis avant notre arrivée car il y faisait vraiment froid. Le radiateur du couloir ne marchait pas.

Location was great and central.

Lacking in general cleanliness. Accumulated dust and residue in kitchen, pantry off of the kitchen was a disaster, half-used toilet paper rolls left in the kitchen (why??), a lot of mold in the bathroom on the ceiling (bathroom fan wasn't always working and there's no ventilation in that room). Laundry room was locked for our first 24 hours and when the key was finally located it was unusable because of the mildew smell. Patio furniture was not available or on the patio at all as shown in the picture. Kitchen faucet is loose like it's about to break. Could add blackout blinds to the bedrooms as this is quite standard in Norway for the summer months.

it was absolutely beautiful, cozy, and incredibly spacious. As a family of five, including two senior citizens, carrying all our luggage up the stairs was a bit challenging. However, the location was ideal—just a 10-minute journey into the city center—making it a great place to stay overall.would like to sincerely thank the host for providing such a beautiful and welcoming place. The apartment was not only cozy and spacious but also made our stay truly enjoyable. We appreciated the thoughtful details and the ideal location.

Even though the apartment was a bit difficult to find and located on the third floor with stair access only.

Nice clean place. Definitely worth the money. Good service and communication with the host.

The communication to get the keys was easy. The host also allowed us check out a few hours later so we could plan our exit easily. The room was beautiful. We also saw few northern lights right from the window. The apartment was well heated, clean and beautiful

The price for the apartment was very expensive.

The location was good. I was a bit hesitant and stressed because the accommodation provider approached us saying that they were unable to receive us at the location selected, but then they gave 2 to options to choose, and the new place was great too (maybe even better), so no issues at all. There was parking available for the car, communication before and during the stay was great, everything was great.

Overbooking happened in one day before, so I couldn’t stay at this apartment. Therefore, we were introduced to another one which was opposite side. Another one was acceptable for us. Pic is another one.

I cannot assess this apartment because of short notice offer. Please improve that for others. There wasn’t hairdryer in the another apartment, but they quickly delivered a new one after I asked it. They were quick response.

A great location and very spacious. Attentive staff. Well equipped. Good beds.
