Northstay - City Center Terrace with Mountain View

The apartment was very stylish and comfortable. It is a great size for a family of 4. We were grateful for the coffee, wine, and basics like sugar, salt and pepper and we liked the location, which was close to the centre but not right in it.

For this high price point, I was dissatisfied with the level of service and standards. - The power kept tripping ALL the time. It was very annoying - There were no trash bin in the kitchen, or anywhere except a small one in the bathroom, and no trash bags were provided - There was only one dishwasher tablet, despite being there for 4 days - There were no complimentary toiletries, but most importantly, no shower gel or hand soap - There wasn't a cupboard or drawers in one of the bedrooms, so nowhere to put clothes except the floor - There was only one bedside table in the bedrooms, instead of one on either side of the bed - An unlocked door led downstairs to an undeveloped part of the property (I'm guessing). This was a bit disconcerting, and I would have preferred it to be locked, especially having children with me

This apartment was so perfect for our first visit to Tromso. The location is wonderful and we could walk to all the shops in town and have a bus stop just opposite the road for further trips. The apartment is beautifully decorated and has all the amenities you need. We also met the wonderful owner who didn't hesitate to help us with a few things we needed while we were there. The apartment also has an amazing view of the bridge and mountains
