Location was good, easy parking, and lots of restaurants nearby.

It was all okay

It feels very new and clean. Good location to grocery stores. Able to cook every night. The kitchen was almost fully stocked with utensils, plates, pots and pans.

We were only given one key so if there are two of you and you need to leave and return at different times (after work which was after 6 pm), it doesn’t work because you need the key to lock the door. I asked and you could leave the key with the leasing office but they closed earlier than when we were done work. Also, returning the key at the electronic “key cafe” was flawed and did not work when checking out. Had to go to the leasing office to return the key.

Dishwasher didn’t work but all others are perfect

The dishwasher was not empty, not a big deal. And the shower does not have good pressure at all. Need another hand held shower installed. We fixed the drain in the right side vanity and the shower so it sealed right

Foirge Iron Works is an excellent base for anyone visiting Raleigh, NC on business. The facility is first class throughout, the gym, working spaces, and location all exceeded expectations. My host was fantastic and went out of their way to help when I hadn't received my arrival email, sorting everything quickly and without fuss. A brilliant option for business travellers looking for a professional, well-equipped environment. I'd have no hesitation in recommending it.

I was in a room with the main Forge sign outside, it made sleeping difficult as the blinds didnt block it out.

This was a great apartment; brand new, with nice furniture and appliances. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms large and nice. Nearby food, coffee, great amenities, etc.

Pillows. Not great. We'll bring our own next time. Property forgot to send us check-in information; we had to make a call to get it. Otherwise, no complaints.
