The facility itself is a practically new modern apartment building with all the usual amenities. If the company could execute and we're honest and ethical, this would be a great option.

This goes back to my previous stay. I've stayed with there for a total of 3 months. I'm traveling for business. They put me in a studio. Charged me for a one bedroom. Twice. They agreed to a small compensation for their obvious error and I still not seen that. I'm assuming they will not pay it. The place was dirty when I got there. Towels was still in the washing machine. Charged me a hundred and fifty dollars for cleaning I never got. Support is impossible to get hold of when you really need them. They're trying to do everything with contractors. I can't tell if the parent company is based in Europe or New York. Not local for sure. Fortunately, I was around to help a young australian couple with two small kids when the lockbox situation didn't work. The floors are just bare concrete. Seems as if the regular apartments have carpet. Not sure what that's all about. Finally the lockbox situation didn't work as I was leaving today wasting more of my time. One more thing if you stay in the east side of the building (I was in 229) you're literally right above a bowling alley at Jaguar Bolera. That kind of thing doesn't bother me. But I can see it bothering other people. Oh and the appliances are comically small in the Studio. Attaching photos of what I paid for; 1 BR what I got; studio. The condition I found the towels in when I got there. And the clown car sized appliances.

Great spot with restaurants just feet away from the property. Inside the property was a great private gym, a game room with a coffee area, and a pool right outside the door.

The apartment had everything we needed for a short stay. Seemed very clean, and worked for what little time we were there.

Couch and bed could have been more comfortable. Real hard on the body.
