Woodbine Cottage-PART OF ALTON COTTAGES

We’ve just left after a night here, what a beautiful home! From the decor to that facilities to the host - everything was brilliant. The facilities are fantastic and are fully equipped- the hosts really have thought of everything to make a homely luxury stay. We left wishing we had longer here!

The property is stunning, in a great location for getting around. It’s not far from Alton Towers if you’re planning a trip there. We did steam train ride in churnet valley so this location was ideal. The house is well equipped to cook for yourselves if you wanted. It’s sleeps 6 comfortably and is immaculately clean. Gill the owner is lovely and can’t do enough to help you with advice and getting you settled in. I would stay here again without question.

Stunning location, amazing layout, superb decor and it's definitely a little luxury from home! Feels grand just being in there.. kids were amazed by it all which is what we wanted too! We will definitely be planning a longer stay, that's for sure!!

Spotlessly clean! Very tastefully decorated and definitely has a luxurious feel! Has everything you need and a dash extra!

Everything was perfect. The house is beautiful and there is so much space. Nice outside area where you can bbq. The owner is extremely helpful.

Nothing, I was happy with everything

The house is immaculate. Very large kitchen/dining space with all the facilities you could possibly imagine. Very comfortable beds- I had the best night’s sleep in ages! Location for Alton Towers was perfect- 10 mins or so away. The hosts were very quick to answer queries about directions and it was very easy to park and find our keys. Great smelling hand soap in all the bathrooms- nice touch! I would love to spend more than 1 night there next time round.

Limited plug sockets in the main bedroom for hairdryer but it didn’t really affect the experience as I just used an adjoining room instead.

So many amenities! We didn't have the time to use them, but this cottage is packed with whatever a family needs, and more.

It was a warm day, and the upper floor was a bit hot. There were 2 fans we could use, though.
