Great location and home

Only one bathroom

The photographs didn't do the cottage justice - it was beautifully decorated and very well appointed and equipped. Nothing was too much trouble for our host Gill who went above and beyond to make our visit comfortable and enjoyable. We visited Alton Towers on both days of our stay which was super easy to get to and our grandsons took advantage of chill out time in their bedrooms with TV's on our return each evening. Lots of local eateries nearby and Gill recommended a fantastic Chinese Takeaway in nearby Cheadle.

Everything was perfect but there was alot of wasps, indoors, not sure if theres a nest nearby maybe. Otherwise no complaint, had a lovely stay and children loved it.

Hill was super friendly with a few messages before we arrived. The property was beautifully decorated. The beds were very comfy and it was a lovely experience.

We had a lovely stay at Woodbine Cottage for a family trip to Alton Towers. The location of the cottage is very convenient, just a short drive from Alton Towers theme park. The cottage itself exceeded our expectations. It looks even better in person than in the photos. It is a very spacious place with 3 bedrooms, a big living room, kitchen, and dining area. It has all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay, including an oven, hob, washing machine, and dryer. The host, Gill, was extremely helpful and communicative. She provided assistance promptly whenever we had any questions. The check-in and check-out process was very smooth. Overall, Woodbine Cottage is a great choice if you're looking for accommodation close to Alton Towers. We would definitely stay here again in the future and highly recommend it to other families visiting the theme park. We had an enjoyable overnight trip at Woodbine Cottage and would rate it highly for families visiting Alton Towers theme park.

Stayed as a family of 5 with two small children for 1 night after visiting alton towers. Lovely place thats less than 10minutes drive away so very convenient. Didnt really make use of the kitchen but it was well equipped and the only place I have ever been with a bread maker!!

Location to Alton Towers perfect, just 5 minutes away. Beautiful house and very comfortable. Thought of everything and hosts so welcoming.
