"It is new and clean, the owner is very nice, nice place to stay."

It is very clean. The owner is very considerate, he gave me a room very close to the Tesla charger just because I asked about that before arrival. The location is good, 20 min to Niagara Falls and 20 min to buffalo where we found a lot of supermarkets and food.

The room was spectacular cleaned and brand new! It was just as advertised! The area is very quiet! I have to say that it’s also 19 minutes to the Niagara Falls. We didn’t mind at all as long as we stay in a clean place! We were a party of six people! We enjoyed the staying and the price was great even though I booked it at the last minute practically. I have to say also, that after a long trip (10 hours), I called the property and asked to see if we could do an early check in and to my surprise, the manager said YES! The room was available! He is such a great host that he even upgraded our room! I definitely will stay here again and I recommend it 100%.

Can’t think of anything! Everything was excellent!
