"Not worth the value, also cant find 2 king beds at this value around Niagara falls"

Only thing to value about the place is that it has 2 king beds

Everything yells “BASIC”. Cheap beds, bedding. Cheap toiletries, WIFI never connects, No Coffee, only machine. Bugs and Spiders everywhere. Reception was just a desk. Bathrooms not clean enough

Friendly staff. Quick check in. Lots of parking. Clean and spacious rooms. Cute and Cozy Motel. We had two king beds and a futon in our room. We enjoyed our stay.

The fact that we could all stay in one room. And it was only approximately 15 min to niagara falls.

There could have been an extra pillow and blanket supplied for the futon bed. There was only a sheet on it but no pillow and nothing to cover with..

Room was well-sized and clean, and the sleeping space was ample, as advertised. Parking was available and accessible. All in all, we found this to be a very reasonable short stay for a large group (four people) visiting the US side of the Falls.

We did not have any complaints.
