Fab location, Mohammed was great when we had issues with the QR code outside, building issue not apartment, which he resolved quickly. Nice balcony, good view of Lions Head, great shower. Enough cooking utensils if you want to cater for self. Extra sofa bed very comfortable. Strong reliable wifi. We'd definitely come back. 😄

Excellent prime location in Sea Point, close to shops and restaurants. Neat, well-maintained room with a comfortable bed for a good night’s rest. Thoughtful touches like cutlery, coffee, sugar, and milk provided - much appreciated! Secure environment with access control for peace of mind. Towels and blankets were sufficient for the entire stay. Clean and tidy bathroom, which is always a big plus. Wifi was excellent. Lovely views of the mountain.

Most of the below are minor issues with feedback: Check-in Experience The check-in process felt complicated for someone unfamiliar with self-check-in and lockboxes. It required multiple steps and could be better explained upfront for first-time guests. Cleanliness The single couches and carpet had visible dust (photos available). While this didn’t affect our stay significantly as we were mostly out, it’s worth noting for guests who prioritize spotless interiors. Noise Levels The front door is not fully sealed at the bottom, allowing significant noise from other guests/tenants to enter, especially late at night. Additionally, the interleading door next to the bed offers little soundproofing—you can hear conversations and even coughing from the neighboring unit (and likely vice versa). This impacted sleep quality. Guest Management With no staff member at the entrance or reception, there’s no one to address concerns about guests arriving late and being extremely loud after 10 PM. This lack of on-site support can be problematic for guests or light sleepers.

A great little place very close to the water front. The location is great and the building is safe. The road outside can be pretty loud. The apartment is small but comfortable and well appointed. Had a problem the first day with a blocked shower drain but the manager came the next morning to repair it and was very good at communication. There is a washing machine in the apartment but I was unable to use it. Definitely recommend and good value for money. Not large enough for more than 2 people.

Location is good. I have stayed at many places and this is the first one that actually had coffee, milk and sugar available! The apartment is ideal for holiday and business travelers! Secure parking is also a huge plus!
