I loved the property however amenities were not what was advertised eg, Coffee otherwise everything was 100s I will recommend for a group as well as there is a interleading door to share.

"Perfect place to stay in Sea Point"

The place is excellent, it has everything needed. I loved the kitchen with all the utensils for cooking. The location is also perfect, close to everything in Sea Point.

When we contacted via booking.com chat service, then the host replied in 10mins or something. There was a welocme wine bottle, and some sweets.

They didn't instruct about the check-inn before our arrival. The room's wall was very thin so I could hear everything from the neighbour. The sofa bed was not so clean. The basin was a little bit tiny(was very difficult to wash my face, even I am very short and tiny).

This bachelor apartment is conveniently located. Safe off road parking. Excellent access control. Has every appliance one might need. Cute little balcony with view of Lions Head. Comfortable lounge

The apartment was great, modern and clean and was well equipped to prepare some quick meals. Great views from the balcony (Ocean and Lions Head) The location is great - short walk to promenade and seapoint shops yet also quiet away from the noise I would 100% stay again when visiting cape town
