A little far from the city center, so lo of walking. The clothes washer is located in someone WC, so need to ask before using it, but there isn't a clothes dryer in the apartment ... so unless you have lot of time to hang drive the clothes, don't bother to use the washer.

ITThe bathroom is nice. There is a kitchen and a common area. The host is really friendly and accomodating, so this is a huge plus for me.
The room we stayed in was quite small. The beds weren't the best, but they were clean. Our bathroom should have been private, but the host went into it to do laundry.
AUProperty was very close to a large supermarket; Eurospar (<10 min walk). The bottom level floors were heated. Bathroom was clean and there was a washing machine provided (we did not use it though). Shared living room and kitchen was clean and big. There was a large fridge, but it wasn’t private so you had to trust that other people would not take your food. Met the owner who was lovely and allowed us to store our bags after check out.
It was similar to a shared house. Despite us having our “private bathroom”, we still had to walk into the main hallway (where there were other people living), to access it. Could hear when other people came back and left. Bedroom was very small and had flimsy beds (easy to fall off). Required us to strip the bed covers and empty the bins before we left.
