There were really nice animals. Shower was hot but tiles not very clean

It wasn't very clean. It was invested with mosquito. There were 100s of them. Bit us all even with insect repellent and citronella. The pool was so green and full of moss

Just the fact that you could relax in a beautiful environment, with different type of bucks roaming close by. The Host made you feel very welcome, and was very friendly.

The welcome was amazing and our stay was pleasant

When it was time to check out we called the owner left numerous missed calls and even hooted with the car but noone came out to see us go.We felt uneasy leaving like that,then even after leaving she did not return our calls.That was weird

"Perfect and adorable farm stay with friendly hosts and animals. The perfect weekend away."

The cottage was simple but very comfortable. Nice beds and nice shower. Simple kitchen with no microwave or oven, but enough to be able to cook a little bit of food. The farm has small game that comes near the fence every now and then, including emus, nyalas, springboks and warthogs. You are also allowed inside the fencing side for walks amongst the animals. The boma area is stunning for a braai while the sun sets. Cute little non heated pool, which would have been perfect for summer dips, safe for both kids and adults.

The only thing we missed was a table where we could eat inside. However, there are nice big tables outside so it was perfect for us.
