The property is conveniently located in Mcleodganj. Bedding was clean.The staff were really accommodating and helpful. Breakfasts were good.

Property is in NEED of maintenance, repairs and proper cleaning. I changed rooms two times, because the first rooms shower head was broken, the shower curtain had mould, it was infested with gnats coming through the drain on the floor and the door wouldn’t close. My room was changed and upgraded, cleanliness was better and bathroom facilities were functioning. I was placed in a room next to the plumbing facilities, the room was so noisy during the night from the floor above having showers and flushing the toilet. I couldn’t sleep the whole night. The following night I was moved to one of the executive rooms, which was much better and in good condition.

Room was very small and unclean. Terrible room service. Food - less said the better. They have no sense of how to serve customers. Room staff is unexperienced. Room literally stinks. Cockroaches and bed bugs all around. Bathroom is small and so dirty. No facilities whatsoever. Breakfast is just okay and is Served cold! Pathetic experience.

The staff was extremely curteous and helpful. The location is excellent. And the property was clean and well maintained. Really enjoyed our stay!
