Closed to the beach

Our stay is not yet over but i had to submit this experience. First, this place is far from the city (good we hired a car) Second, room is close to the seashore and the sound of waves is so relaxing. 👍🏻 Third, lets talk facilities, toilet is not clean, shower not working properly so we had to go upstairs with our mom’s room to take a shower, bidet is leaking, you can hear the noice from outside, water dispenser i think they don’t change the water often, room is nice but they don’t maintain the cleanliness. On our first breakfast, no comment about the food (atleast we had breakfast) but when we left for out tour we thought they will clean it as usual but when go back to the resort, me and my husband found all used plates, mugs, forks, spoons, knife, and some utensils are still at the table, nobody even touch it. At the reception on our first day, well atleast they greeted us then we wait for maybe 20mins for their assistance, we thought we are in the wrong place because the place seems so nice in the photos but in reality its the opposite. Fire extinguishers - for safety please make sure it has labels, the one that we have in bungalow doesn’t have label for what its for.. maybe for wood? 🤪

The place is relaxing,clean and beds are comfortable, also not too many tourist, the staff are very friendly and accomodating.

The toilet flushed good, but water tank refills too slow.

Very “slow” waiters in the bar. We waited for our breakfast more than 45 minutes…

The room was large with two beds, and the WiFi was very good.

I don’t know about other rooms, but unfortunately, mine didn’t have a mosquito net in the bedroom, so I was badly bitten by mosquitoes. The air conditioning was very loud, making it impossible to sleep while it was on. My room was right next to the kitchen (the only plus was that the bathroom had mosquito nets), but I could smell the food being prepared, mainly fried oil. The fridge in my room didn’t work, and the kitchen smelled of mold. After the second night, I developed a rash from bedbugs, so my stay was very disappointing. To make things worse, there was a dead cockroach on the floor.
